Zhegao

Zhegao makes mini block sets: small bricks that are smaller than standard bricks, so a set builds a detailed, compact figure from a large number of pieces. Mini blocks are a system of their own and don't combine with standard-size bricks.

Our Zhegao set is Blossom Puss! (662036) from the PopPin series: a fluffy black cat with big yellow eyes and a red bow tie. It is built from 1,651 mini blocks, stands about 16 cm tall and is rated 6+. The many small pieces make it a calm, absorbing build, and the finished cat is a cute desk or shelf display.

Tips for mini blocks: sort the pieces by colour before you start, build on a tray so nothing rolls away, and press each brick down firmly as you go.
