Build and display Zakupla-kun in two distinctive ways
Discover the lighter side of Gunpla with the Bandai 1/1 Zakupla-kun DX Set, inspired by the iconic green Zaku II from the Mobile Suit Gundam universe.
This compact mascot-style model can be presented as a fully assembled Zakupla-kun or arranged in a unique Runner Version display using the included recreation frame and display base. The two selectable configurations celebrate both the finished model and the familiar appearance of an unassembled Gunpla kit.
Complete Zaku weapon selection
Zakupla-kun comes equipped with three recognisable weapons:
- Zaku Machine Gun
- Zaku Bazooka
- Heat Hawk
Equip the completed model with your preferred weapon or display the accessories alongside the runner-style presentation.
Movable mono-eye
The mono-eye can be moved from left to right, allowing you to change Zakupla-kun’s direction of focus and add more character to the finished display.
The model is moulded in PS plastic and uses straightforward snap-fit construction. Glue is not required, while optional panel lining or painting can be used to add further detail.

Important information
This is an unassembled runner-based plastic model kit, not a ready-made figure. The parts must be removed from their runners and assembled before the standard character display can be created.
The 1/1 scale refers to the fictional Zakupla-kun mascot character. It does not represent a life-size Zaku Mobile Suit.
The assembled model and Runner Version are selectable presentation styles. Hobby nippers are recommended for cleanly removing the parts from the runners.
No glue, motor, lighting or batteries are required.
Contains small parts and is not suitable for children under three years old.
