Build Destiny Gundam in compact SD form
Recreate the ZGMF-X42S Destiny Gundam from Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Destiny with this Bandai SD Gundam EX-Standard model kit.
The model combines the exaggerated proportions of an SD Gundam with a sharper, more streamlined design. Newly developed joints provide improved articulation compared with traditional SD kits, allowing the completed Destiny Gundam to be displayed in a variety of dynamic battle poses.
The assembled model stands approximately 8 cm tall and features Destiny Gundam’s characteristic red, white, blue and black armour, winged backpack and compact super-deformed silhouette.
Signature Destiny Gundam weaponry
Equip the model with its included High-Energy Beam Rifle, backpack-mounted long-range beam cannon and large anti-ship sword.
The cannon and anti-ship sword can be positioned on the backpack when not in use, allowing the model to switch between stored and combat configurations.
Designed for posing and customisation
The SD Gundam EX-Standard series features compatibility with selected High Grade components. Parts and weapons can be used for customisation with compatible HG Gunpla kits, expanding the possibilities beyond the standard build.
The kit is moulded in multiple colours and uses Bandai’s snap-fit construction system. Glue and painting are not required, while the included foil stickers add colour and detail to selected areas.

Important information
This is an unassembled runner-based plastic model kit, not a ready-made action figure. The components must be removed from the runners and assembled before display.
No glue or painting is required. Hobby nippers are recommended for cleanly removing the parts, while tweezers may help when applying the smaller foil stickers.
The kit does not include a display stand or translucent Wings of Light effect parts.
Contains small and delicate components and is not suitable for children under three years old.
