At Toy Haven, we want you to be happy with your purchase! If you change your mind, you have 14 days after receiving your order to return it.

• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
• Sealed products (such as blind boxes and building sets) cannot be returned if the seal has been broken.
• The return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

• Opened Blind Boxes (due to their surprise nature).
• Opened or used building sets (LEGO-compatible, AREA-X, etc.).
• Pre-orders of limited edition items (cannot be canceled after confirmation).
