Toy Haven ships orders from Enschede, the Netherlands. Shipping costs are calculated per order and shown at checkout before you pay. All prices are in euros and include VAT.

We currently ship to the following 22 countries: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

Dispatch
In-stock items are dispatched within 1–2 business days after your order is placed. Pre-order items are dispatched once the stock has arrived at our store.
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Customs and duties
Orders to countries outside the European Union (such as Norway and Andorra) may be subject to import duties, taxes or handling fees charged by the destination country. These costs are not included in our prices or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the recipient.
